Daniel Mancini developed a love for food from the time he was a young boy, a passion which has grown into the formation of Castelli Cucina. . Food was always at the center of all of family gatherings which led Daniel to spend much of his free time learning and creating traditional Italian dishes with his Nonna Linda and Nonna Concentina. Daniel also spent time travelling to Italy to discover local dishes and perfect wine pairings. Castelli Cucina is a place to celebrate friends and family, good company, and great food.
