Owners Josie and Nickey found common ground with a shared passion for baking and a hometown of Hamilton while studying in the Bakery Apprentice class at Niagara College. The duo believe a small business should be about creating meaningful employment, creating a space that allows for creativity and creating an awesome team within a dynamic atmosphere. Cake and loaf provides employees with a living wage and turns out some of the best baked goods in the city.
