Tomah Four years ago the Tomah family started planning to settle and start a new life in Canada. Part of this plan was to start a business that would allow Canadian society to experience authentic Syrian food. In September 2019, Tomah Restaurant was opened. Tomah’s food represents 30 years of experience in cheesemaking and Middle Eastern cuisine.
